The cultural food and musical experience returns 2024

The Food Festival day pass is FREE. You may attend the festival and enjoy the general activities throughout the main areas by simply securing your FREE All Day Foodville Pass. Howeve, the Private Cay ALL Access Experience will require VIP passes. You may secure your passes HERE

This is a family-friendly event. Kids under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult.

We will make a 100% effort to gather food vendors that offer vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, lactose-free, and vegan options.

The Foodvelli Festival will take place from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

The Private Cay ALL Access Experience will take place from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm

There no parking available onsite. Across the street from the festival grounds, you will find a Green P Parking lot. We recommend downloading the app for the best parking experience.

Yes, Stackt Market is a pet friendly venue.

Yes, you will be able to come and go as long as you wish.

For the Private Cay ALL Access Experience, you will have to show an un-tampered event bracelet for re-admittance.

Foodville is expected to go on rain or shine. There will be no refund if there is rain. Grab an umbrella or raincoat and join us!

People with disabilities are welcome to attend our event. The venue is wheelchair-accessible, however, in some areas, due to the ground’s natural terrain, it can be difficult to maneuver a wheelchair. Collapsible lawn chairs are permitted throughout the site and we encourage those who may have difficulty standing for long periods to bring them. There will be a lot of seating options throughout the grounds.

Service animals will be permitted.

Yes, there will be a first aid station on site along with emergency services.

Outside food and drink will not be permitted. We have food and drink vendors on-site as well as water refill stations. Special dietary concerns should be communicated ahead of time to info@foodvillefest.com to avoid any complications at admissions.

There will be recycling on site. We will have biodegradable food containers and cups.

Photography and video recording are only permitted by accredited media who have applied and been approved by Foodville. DSLRs and mirrorless cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted.

Personal cell phone fixed lens vlogging cameras are excluded.

Yes, there will be washrooms and hand wash stations on site. Handicapped access units will be available.

There will be a lost and found set up at our information tent near the main entrance. Items left on the grounds will be submitted and cataloged promptly. Inquiries may be directed to info@foodvillefest.com

No, lockers will not be provided. We suggest that you leave any valuables at home. Foodville Festival accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
